Care Factor

Care Factor is a high level survey of 20 neighbourhoods. It asks communities to rate what is important to them so that Council can identify local and specific differences between communities and plan accordingly.

The Care Factor data provides the Council with a snapshot of what our communities want and care about. From 2,310 responses, here are reports for 20 neighbourhoods in the City of Parramatta Local Government Area identifying the unique top priorities for key places in each neighbourhood, such as look and function, sense of welcome, things to do, uniqueness, and maintenance.
