Draft Development Control Plan and Planning Agreement at 142-154 Macquarie Street Parramatta
The City of Parramatta is publicly re-exhibiting a draft site-specific DCP and draft Planning Agreement, for land at 142-154 Macquarie Street Parramatta.
The draft site-specific DCP and draft Planning Agreement have been amended to address the issues raised in response to their first public exhibition in July 2016 – August 2016 and December 2016 – January 2017 respectively.
The draft site-specific DCP proposes detailed guidelines on public domain, building form, access, parking and servicing, environmental management and design excellence.
The draft Planning Agreement is to ensure the delivery of open space, grant provisions for the construction and operation of Parramatta Light Rail, and to enable Council to receive a monetary contribution towards the upgrades and delivery of new public domain.
The draft plans and supporting information will be publicly exhibited from 15 May 2019 to 12 June 2019.
Written comments are invited. All submissions received will be considered before a final decision is made by Council.
