INVITATION TO TENDER No. ITT 26/2021 Event Traffic Management Services

ABOUT THE COUNCIL:

The City of Parramatta Council is located 24 kilometres west of the Sydney CBD and provides a range of services within a local government area (LGA) encompassing some 84 square kilometres. It comprises a population of approximately 257,000 people from a range of diverse cultures, lifestyles and experiences.

ABOUT THE TENDER:

City of Parramatta is seeking to appoint a reputable and competent Traffic Management company that is capable of providing quality traffic management services for the numerous events and festivals that Council stages in the Parramatta LGA. Services include but are not limited to:

• Working in consultation with Council to deliver the best possible traffic management solutions for its events and festivals program.
• Delivery of strategic planning services including the provision of relevant documentation and approvals for traffic management services.
• Provision and management of traffic management equipment, vehicles, staff and infrastructure as required for the delivery of Council's events and festivals.
• On-site management of traffic as required for the delivery of Council's events and festivals.

A final decision is expected to be made on this Tender at the end of October 2021.

Tenders close at 10.00am, Monday 12 July 2021 and submissions must be fully received by this time. The lowest or any tender may not necessarily be accepted, and any action or contact that may be considered as an attempt to influence a decision of Councillors or Staff shall disqualify the relevant tender. Late, verbal or emailed submissions will not be accepted.
