CITY OF PARRAMATTA, INVITATION TO TENDER No. ITT 29/2021 Event Waste Management Services

ABOUT THE COUNCIL:

The City of Parramatta Council is located 24 kilometres west of the Sydney CBD and provides a range of services within a local government area (LGA) encompassing some 84 square kilometres. It comprises a population of approximately 257,000 people from a range of diverse cultures, lifestyles and experiences.

ABOUT THE TENDER:

City of Parramatta is seeking to appoint a reputable and competent Event Waste Management company that is capable of providing quality waste management services for the numerous events and festivals that Council stages in the Parramatta LGA. Services include but are not limited to:

* The provision of appropriate planning and reporting documentation for event waste management services
* The provision of effective, appropriate and sustainable onsite options for waste collection, management and removal from Council's events and festivals
* The provision of appropriate and sustainable end of cycle disposal of waste from Council's events and festivals

A final decision is expected to be made on this Tender at the end of October 2021.

The lowest or any tender may not necessarily be accepted, and any action or contact that may be considered as an attempt to influence a decision of Councillors or Staff shall disqualify the relevant tender.
