Our aim is to support our community to improve access and inclusion across the council area. We work with other areas of council, local businesses and those living with disability, their families, carers and services providers, providing information, options and opportunities.

City of Parramatta is a registered National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) provider able to offer a range of services for people that have an NDIS package; Support Coordination, individual or group support, assistance to access community, assistance to access social and recreational activities, accompanied shopping, meals and skill building.

City of Parramatta Council has developed its inaugural Disability Inclusion Action Plan (DIAP).
The DIAP outlines the practical steps we will take over the next four years to create a more inclusive community for people with disability who are living in the Parramatta local government area.
