Mind and Meditation in Hindi
Join us at City of Parramatta Library for a free health session on meditation & yoga. Meditation provides insights into the workings of the mind and emotions. This session will involve a talk, followed by gentle yoga and guided meditation. You will learn how to release tension in the mind and muscles, learn how to cope better with stress and improve your physical and mental well-being.
