National Tree Day 2023

National Tree Day 2023

This event has reached capacity and registration is now closed

The City of Parramatta, in partnership with NSW Department of Planning and Environment and Planet Ark, is excited to be hosting its annual community tree-planting day on Sunday 30 July at Upjohn Park Reserve, 71 Ulm Street in Ermington.

Every year, City of Parramatta aims to plant 10,000 plants with the help of volunteers into one of our bushland reserves.

This year National Tree Day will also include a Family Fun Day! Help improve Parramatta’s native bushland and have fun while doing it with an exciting program of activities including a wildlife display, workshops, face painting, roving entertainers, community sausage sizzle and much more.
We will also be supplying a total of 1,000 plants for the plant giveaway, limited to 1 plant per person.

This is a free event, but catering and gardening tools will be provided so registrations are essential.
