Street Festival 

Friday nights, Saturdays, and Sundays, 18 March – 27 March 
Presented in partnership with Festival of Place

Explore your way through a mix of live music, performances, and art in the heart of the CBD as Parramatta Nights takes over the streets with five outdoor stages. From Korean rap to Jamaican dancehall. Jazz, comedy, RnB and so much more. Over two huge weekends celebrate diverse culture and talent in Western Sydney and beyond.

Jazz After Dark

Thursday - Sunday evenings, 17 – 27 March
Parramatta Square
Free to attend, no tickets or registrations required

Take a stroll through the leafy Parramatta Square, pull up a beanbag or kick back on the stairs as the sun sets and take in the atmosphere accompanied by live jazz during Parramatta Nights. The space will be buzzing with a range of styles differing each night - from Brazilian, African, New Orleans, contemporary, electronic, and traditional. A packed program of original, fresh, innovative jazz presented in partnership with SIMA (Sydney Improvised Music Association).

Sydney Symphony Under the Stars

Saturday 26 March, 7pm

Presented by Sydney Festival in partnership with Sydney Symphony Orchestra and Greater Sydney Parklands

One of Sydney Festival’s most popular and widely anticipated events. Bring a picnic hamper, unfurl a rug and enjoy an epic free concert with friends and family. Led by celebrated conductor Benjamin Northey, the world-class Sydney Symphony Orchestra marks its 90th Anniversary with a program ranging from canonical greats like Dvořák and Mozart, to a selection of heart-stirring John Williams film classics from ET to Indiana Jones. All building towards the thunderous finale of Tchaikovsky’s 1812 Overture, accompanied by a dazzling splash of fireworks.

Rock in the Park

Get loud in the crowd to your favourite classics along with Oz music legends at Rock in the Park. There will be a great selection of food and drink on offer, and a spectacular end-of-night fireworks display. So come down and celebrate!

Ngana Birrung (Dharug for Black Stars) will shine bright in Burramatta on the 3rd of April. As First Nations people we have always looked to the skies and stars to guide us, today we look to our Ngana Birrung that continue to connect us through music.

Skate and Play

Let the good times roll for the whole family at Prince Alfred Square. Feeling adventurous? The action will be jam-packed. Strap on some skates and glide along the roller-rink to some of your favourite tunes or get an adrenaline rush with the amusement rides on offer. For those wanting more chilled vibes, come immerse yourself in the larger-than-life interactive inflatable installation, Lost Dogs' Disco, or recharge your batteries with some live music and delicious offerings in our food village.
