Sustainable living workshop series - Botanical Tea Blending

spoons filled with tea leaves and herbs

Join Kirsty from Parva: Little Things for a hands-on workshop where she will bring a range of her own homegrown ingredients for you to blend and teach you about herbal tea blending.

You will learn how to use homegrown and leftover ingredients to make nourishing herbal teas.

In this class, we will discuss the benefits of herbs, flowers, fruits, and spices for making tea, as well as warming blends for winter, refreshing versions over ice in summer, and some blends specifically for adding to a luxurious bath.

Botanicals have nourishing properties for both the inside and outside of your body, and you will get to make two blends to take home and use as you choose.

Please note: Tickets are limited. If you book and can't attend the workshop, please cancel so someone else can attend.

This event is funded by the Parramatta Environment and Sustainability Department.
