Waste Services Changes

Frequently Asked Questions

How will I know if my bin collection day is changing?

Residents having changes to their bin days will be notified by a letter in the months leading up to the change, and again by a reminder sticker/tag on their bin in the weeks before.

The changes for our new residents (former Hills, Hornsby, Holroyd or Auburn) vary depending on what council you are from and whether your bin collection day is changing.
