Research Based (Academic) Oral Presentations – 20 Minutes

Each presentation is to focus on one area of research that aligns with one of three conference program streams: First Nations, Social Investment/Enterprise, or General. Research should either be completed or have demonstrable outcomes to share.

Presentations should have a format and content that is relevant to practitioners and seek to improve the understanding of attendees in best practice, theoretical frameworks and to working effectively with individuals and communities in relation to the Conference theme.

Oral presentations will be delivered in groups of two to three with aligned content during one session, selected by the Conference committee, which will be followed by 30 minutes for facilitated questions and open discussion.

The committee may choose to have a mix of Practice and Research Based Oral Presentations in each session.
