Grants

The City of Parramatta Council invites each school within the local government area to nominate one student to receive an Active Citizenship Award, to be presented as part of your school's annual Presentation Ceremony.  Only ACARA registered schools geographically located within the City of Parramatta are eligible to submit a nomination.

What is a grant?

Grants are one of many options for community organisations and individuals seeking financial assistance. Depending on the needs of your organisation and the requirements of a grant, grants may or not may not be the most appropriate funding avenue for you. Grants are highly competitive so it is important to read the grant guidelines to ensure that your project matches the goals and objectives of the grant.
