Lord Mayor's Message 25 September 2020

John McClymont History Prize Awarded

I was honoured to present Luke Sheridan, graduate of St Patrick’s Marist College in Dundas, with the 2020 John McClymont History Prize at a recent ceremony. This award is named in honour of local historian and former President of the Parramatta & District Historical Society, the late John McClymont OAM, and is presented to the student from a local school who received the highest academic achievement in the previous year’s Higher School Certificate Modern History course.

Congratulations to Luke, and best wishes to all our students sitting the upcoming HSC exams.
