The Mandatory Notification of Data Breach (MNDB) Scheme was created as part of the changes to the Privacy and Personal Information Protection Act 1998 (PPIP Act). Under the MNDB Scheme, we are required to maintain a public notification register of any data breach notifications and make it publicly available for at least 12 months after the date of publication.
Notifications in this register will be retained for 12 months.
