The City of Parramatta is improving the quality of its facilities and open space.

We understand how important Dence Park is to the Epping community and we want to make it even better.

Using what we have heard from the community from over an 18-month period (2018-2019), Council has prepared a Dence Park Masterplan which was endorsed in December 2019.

The masterplan identifies upgrades for:

  • Epping Creative Centre
  • Epping Aquatic Centre
  • surrounding green and open space

It will guide improvement of the whole park so it better responds to your needs and the needs of the future community.

In April 2020, Council endorsed the Dence Park Masterplan Implementation Plan.

The aim of the implementation plan is to provide a clear and strict cost-controlled method for Council to develop the high level master plan into detailed design for tender and construction.
