City of Parramatta Seniors Festival 2024 Events
The NSW Seniors Festival is an annual government initiative focused on celebrating the contributions of seniors in the local community. It is a great opportunity to explore your local area and find new ways to be social, learn new skills to improve quality of life and have fun!
City of Parramatta is committed to supporting the community in being active and engaged. This is done through a wide range of programs and services including accessible and inclusive fitness events held at the Parramatta Aquatic Centre, entertaining shows at the Riverside Theatre, fun workshops at various libraries, as well as online workshops for those who cannot physically attend events.

The National Drowning Report for 2023 showed that 281 people drowned in Australian waterways.
The PAC is passionate about keeping our community safe in, on and around water.
This FREE session is facilitated by qualified aquatic staff and provides an opportunity to learn key drowning prevention and water safe actions, to help keep you and our community safe.

Alzheimer’s disease is the most common form of dementia and a rapidly growing medical crisis. In 25 years, 1 million people in Australia are expected to have dementia.
