Fitness Centre

The Fitness Centre at Parramatta Aquatic Centre (The PAC) is a modern, accessible space designed to support people of all fitness levels, from beginners to experienced gym users.

Our fully equipped gym features the latest fitness equipment from NovoFit and includes:

  • Dedicated weights area
  • Functional training zone
  • Group fitness spaces
  • Yoga and Pilates studio
  • Cycle studio
  • Aqua fitness classes

Choose from a variety of fitness programs focused on strength, cardio, mobility and wellbeing. Members can book classes to suit their goals, interests and fitness levels.

Our qualified Fitness Team is available to provide gym inductions, personalised fitness programs and general support. Personal training is also available through one-on-one or small group sessions to help you get the most from your workouts.

After exercising, unwind in our sauna, spa and steam room facilities.

Aqua Fitness

Aqua fitness offers a low-impact way to improve strength, fitness and mobility while reducing stress on joints and muscles.

The PAC offers a range of aqua fitness classes suitable for different ages, abilities and fitness levels. Classes are available in both deep and shallow water and combine effective exercise with a supportive and enjoyable environment.

Sauna, Spa & Steam Room

Whether you're recovering after a workout or looking to relax, The PAC's sauna, spa and steam room facilities provide a welcoming space to unwind.

Bookings are required and can be made through The PAC app. Members with the appropriate membership can access these facilities at no additional cost. Casual visitors can purchase access before entry.

Gym

Our fully equipped gym features more than 100 pieces of premium fitness equipment from NovoFit, along with dedicated zones for strength training, functional fitness and general exercise.

Personal training is available through one-on-one and small group sessions (2 to 4 people).
