If you need help polishing up your backstroke, or help with your butterfly, then our stroke development class is for you. 

In our stroke development classes, instructors will analyse your stroke and give you advice on how to correct it by using drills that will improve your style as well as help to increase fitness and endurance.

Stroke Development Beginner 5+ Years 

Class size 
1 instructor to 6 children 

Duration 
30 minutes    

Students work towards performing advanced aquatic survival & safety skills, with freestyle breathing and basic diving skills taught. Students continue to progress their backstroke, breaststroke kick and dolphin kick swimming skills.

Stroke Development Intermediate 5+ Years 

Class size 
1 instructor to 8 children 

Duration 
45 minutes   

Students work towards performing advanced aquatic survival & safety skills, with breaststroke and butterfly arms & timing taught. Students continue to progress their freestyle, backstroke and diving swimming skills.

Dolphins

Stroke Development Advanced 5+ Years

1 instructor to 10 students

Duration 
45 minutes   

Mini Squad helps students to transition from Learn to Swim levels into the Squad levels. Students master starts & turns for all strokes as well as learn how to use the pace clock.
