Publique Eatery is located at the eastern end of PHIVE, looking over Parramatta Square.

Grab-and-Go

Pick up a coffee and head to your favourite space in PHIVE. Choose from a selection of freshly baked pastries, or grab a nutritious breakfast or lunch to go.

Publique’s takeaway breakfast menu includes a variety of breakfast rolls, granolas and toasted creations, to name but a few. And for lunch? Try a fresh wrap, a pasta with a choice of sides. 

Dine In

With views across Parramatta Square, Publique will be a great place to retreat between meetings, or spend time with friends over breakfast or relaxed lunch. Does Miso glazed Salmon Niçoise sound good? Perhaps you are more of a Spaghetti with Prawns type?
