This webpage contains links to allow clients to book demolition and critical stage inspections by Council’s certification team and a request for release of damage bond.
Please note that: Council does not conduct building inspections on weekends or public holidays.
This booking option is available where the City of Parramatta has been appointed as the Principal Certifier, and where pre-demolition and post-demolition inspections are required in accordance with your development consent.
To schedule an inspection, please select a preferred time window.
Please note that the assigned inspector may attend at any time within your selected time period.
Each day allows for a limited number of bookings, with a maximum of 20 inspection slots available (10 in the morning and 10 in the afternoon).

If you request for release of damage bond or/ final approval of footpath crossing construction, please complete – Bond Release Form (Damage Bond Release Questionnaire Form 2025-26).
