Building Inspection Reservation

This webpage contains links to allow clients to book demolition and critical stage inspections by Council’s certification team.

Please note that:

  • Council does not conduct building inspections on weekends or public holidays
  • This webpage only relates to sites where Council has been nominated as the principal certifier.
  • For any civil assets inspections, including for footpath and driveway inspections, please click Pre-Start Advice/Formwork Inspection to organise an inspection.

To book an inspection you first need to choose between a morning (8am to noon) or afternoon (noon to 4:30pm) time period. The inspector may arrive at any time during this period.

Each day contains a maximum of 20 inspection bookings (ten in the morning and ten in the afternoon)
