Quarterly Grants

The 2026-2027 Quarterly Grants Program is now opened.

The City of Parramatta Council offers a quarterly grants program with a total finding pool of $70,000.

This program is open all year round but assessed on a quarterly basis. Please see the below dates for when your application needs to be submitted to be considered in that quarter.

Quarter 1: Tuesday 1 September 2026
Quarter 2: Monday 2 November 2026
Quarter 3: Monday 1 February 2027
Quarter 4: Monday 26 April 2027

Small Grants Fund

Provides small grants to not-for-profit groups in Parramatta for one-off projects that build capacity, support community needs, and foster partnerships.

Social Enterprise Business Planning Grant

Offers up to $2,000 to support social enterprises in Parramatta with business planning or professional services to boost sustainability and impact.

Sports & Recreation Grant

Provides up to $2,500 to support inclusive sport and recreation projects in Parramatta, focusing on underrepresented groups. Aims to boost participation, community wellbeing, and access.
