Annual Community Satisfaction Survey

What is the Community Satisfaction Survey?

Each year, the City of Parramatta surveys residents to understand how satisfied they are with Council’s overall performance as well as a range of Council services and facilities as shown below. We use the findings from this survey to identify areas that we are doing well, as well as areas that may require improvement.

The 2024 survey closed on Sunday 1 December. A summary of results can be found below. Visit Participate Parramatta to sign-up for notifications about the opportunity to participate in late 2025.

Satisfaction with value for money has improved since 2023, with library services as well as green spaces and public spaces continuing to score strongly. Opportunities are identified in the customer service and communications space to further enhance overall satisfaction with Council’s performance.
