Integrated Grants and Projects

The Integrated Grants and Project team plays a critical role in achieving City of Parramatta's vision and strategic outcomes. The team integrates City of Parramatta's services and resources to focus its efforts on coordinating grants, projects and initiatives, as well as building strategic partnerships between council, property owners, local businesses, state agencies, the Commonwealth and community.

There are four key delivery teams:

1. Grants and Projects Administration

Stream 1 - Project Support

Project governance and support
Support capital project delivery through development of tools, templates and training

Stream 2 - Project Prioritisation

Strategic Project Prioritisation and pipeline
Lead grant identification
Lead grant evaluations and support a consistent approach to submissions

Stream 3 - Grant Program Administration

Grant Program Management (WestInvest and AIF)
Coordination of delivery of Major Capital Grants

2. Neighbourhood Projects

Delivery of projects to support local centres
Master planning of public domain in neighbourhoods and precincts
Work with stakeholders to deliver public places
Linking and coordinating multiple internal stakeholders
Act a client in projects that involve multiple assts classes
Neighbourhood projects with multiple asset owners.
