You can request to:

• Cancel additional bins
• Start a new waste service
• Cancel an existing service
• Upgrade to a larger bin
• Downsize to a smaller bin to help reduce landfill

You can also report a:

• Damaged or stolen bin
• Missed bin collection 
• Missed bulk rubbish collection
• Full public bin
• Waste contractor complaint
