The 2027 Community Grants Program will open at 6:00am on Monday, 3 August 2026 and close at 11:59pm on Monday, 7 September 2026. Free online information sessions will be available throughout August 2026. Select a grant category below to learn more and register for an information session.
The Community Round will focus on funding community projects by not-for-profits, community organisations and social enterprises and includes the grant categories:

Community Grant Round Categories
Planning your projects
Developing a work plan or timeline is an excellent way to achieve a successful project as it records the major milestones for the project and who is responsible for completing them.
Providing such information is a good way to show that your project is well planned and ready to go.
To assist you in this process, we have developed a basic sample project plan and work plan for you to use in the planning and implementation process.
