Clean Up Services

All City of Parramatta residents, who currently receive a Council domestic waste service, are eligible to access kerbside bulky waste clean-up collections.

These collections are a great opportunity to dispose of unwanted household items and garden materials.

Depending on your address, these collections are either:

  • Pre-booked, up to four times in the one calendar year; or
  • At scheduled times during the year.

To find out about the collection service which applies to your property, along with make a booking or learn about your scheduled collection date, call Council’s contractor Veolia on 1300 580 811 or visit the link below.

Search your address on the online portal

Clean-up material put out without any booking, or earlier than the night before your booking or scheduled collection date, will be investigated as illegal dumping(PDF, 523KB) and could result in a fine.

The information below is relevant only to pre-booked collections.

How do I book a clean-up collection?
