To submit a request for rating information, please lodge a Rates Application via our online service portal.

You may request the following:

  • Change in Rating Category
  • Aggregation of Rated Lots
  • Ownership Letter
  • Statement of Rates
  • Requests in relation to copy of Rates notice
    Note: Copies of your rates notices may be available for download via Notice Archive
