Tenders

The Local Government Act 1993 and the Local Government (General) Regulation 2021 regulate our procurement processes. A public tender is required for purchases exceeding $250,000 (including GST).

All tenders are advertised on TenderLink, where you can:

  • Register to receive notifications for relevant tenders, quotations, and expressions of interest.
  • View and receive tender documentation.
  • Request clarifications or additional information.
  • Access addendums and updates on current tenders.
  • Submit tender responses electronically through the TenderLink system, saving time and costs compared to manual submission.

TenderLink streamlines the tender process, ensuring efficiency, transparency, and an audit trail.
