“The giant louvres detect heat, wind and humidity and automatically open to fill the building with fresh air and assist in increasing the natural light. “I’m incredibly proud to share our iconic cultural and civic hub with our community and businesses.
Commitment to resource management
PHIVE’s striking roof is a series of stacked, fragmented crystalline blocks designed to follow the sun and provide natural light throughout.
Also incorporated in the building's state-of-the-art design are solar panels, sensor automated lighting, gearless lifts, and a rainwater capture system for reuse throughout the building.
