About the Venues   

PHIVE is host to unique spaces that are available to hire, these spaces include the Discovery Space, Civic Gallery, and Civic Reception Room. 

Civic Gallery 

Located on the top floor of PHIVE, overlooking Parramatta Square and the public domain, is the Civic Gallery. With soaring ceilings and views it is sure to impress your guests at your next dinner reception, conference, workshop or special celebration.

This room features ceiling and column speakers with a mobile video conference screen available if required.

Civic Reception Room

Located on level 4 overlooking the public domain space in Parramatta Square. The Civic Reception Room will impress within an intimate setting when hosting your next dinner reception, conference, workshop, or special celebration. This room features a large display screen with wall mounted speakers to accompany the ceiling mounted microphones. The PTZ camera is perfect for video conferencing.

Discovery Space

Our Discovery Space is a state-of-the-art smart technology 400 square metre exhibition space, column free with double height ceiling to the Ground Floor level. The perfect space to host the banquet dinner or a special cocktail event. The Amphitheatre provides the unique setting to deliver a theatre style function or the perfect space for an exhibition. The space features ceiling speakers, lighting truss and control system.

Getting to PHIVE

PHIVE is easily accessible by car, taxi, bus, train, RiverCat, bike, or on foot. 

Parking

• A new Car Park in Parramatta Square is now open. This Car Park is open 24 hours a day. Entry will be from the corner of Smith and Darcy streets. 
• Parramatta Station Car Park, located at 17 Wentworth Street, is the largest and nearest carpark to Parramatta Square. This carpark is open 24 hours and is an approximate 5 minute walk to Parramatta Square.
• Limited metered street parking is available around Parramatta’s CBD.

Taxi 

• A taxi rank is located near Parramatta Railway Station on Fitzwilliam Street, between Fire Horse Lane and Wentworth Street, Parramatta. It is approximately 500 metres from PHIVE.
   

Public Transport 

• Approximately 200 metres from Parramatta Train Station
• Less than 300 metres from the Parramatta Bus Interchange.
• A 10 minute walk from Parramatta RiverCat Ferry Wharf
