Prepare For Your Visit

Ready to purchase a casual visit to the PAC?

Follow the steps below to purchase your casual pass.

  1. Click 'Purchase Casual Pass' below 
  2. Create a free 'Guest Account'. Once set-up you will be able to view our online shop featuring all our casual pass options and make your purchase. 
  3. Purchase either your swim or gym visitor pass 
  4. Open the QR code that has been sent to your email
  5. Scan your QR code at the gate for entry (multiple times if purchasing a family swim)

 

Purchase Casual Pass 

Please note: The Parramatta Aquatic Centre is completely cashless. All payments need to be made online via card or tap facilities on site.

Monday to Thursday: 5.30am - 9.00pm
Friday: 5.30am - 8.00pm
Weekend and Public Holidays: 6.00am - 8.00pm
Creche: Monday - Saturday 9am - 12:30pm

*Closed on Christmas Day and Good Friday.

Eligible patrons visiting the PAC can enjoy 2 hours free parking onsite. After this, the rate is $3.00 per 30 minutes with a daily maximum rate of $36.00. Parking at the PAC is limited and patrons can also enjoy 2 hours free parking at the Justice Precinct Carpark on Hunter Street, a short walk from the centre. These prices include pool entry only. Relaxation facilities (Spa, Steam and Sauna incur additional fees).

  • Child Swim $5.50
  • Child 5 and Under Free 
  • Concession Swim $5.50
  • Spectator $4.20 
  • Family Entry (2 adults and 2 children) $21.00
  • Family Entry (1 adult and 3 children) $19.00
  • Family Entry (1 adult and 4 children) $23.00
  • Family Entry (2 adults and 3 children) $25.00

These facilities are included in health and wellness memberships. Fitness Passport members can access these facilities at a reduced add-on rate. Patrons must be over the age of 16 years.

  • Adult Gym $23.00
  • Concession Gym $19.00
  • Casual (1.5 hour visit) $8.00
  • Health and Wellness Members eligible for up to 6 free visits per week.

    • Amex – Not Accepted

Online Fees:

  • Transaction fees $0.30 plus
    • Visa/Master cards – 1.4%
    • Amex – 3.3%
    • Additional 1.1% for international cards

All Membership fees can only be paid online via direct debit/credit card.
