Customer Satisfaction

Customer satisfaction expresses the extent to which customers are content with an organisation’s products, services, and capabilities.

To measure this, Council conducts regular surveys directly with people who have used some of its key services and facilities, including the Customer Contact Centre and Libraries.

This dashboard displays the customer satisfaction results from key Council services across the City of Parramatta.
