ITT 498 Engagement Survey Provider

ABOUT THE COUNCIL: The City of Parramatta Council is located 24 kilometres west of the Sydney CBD and provides a range of goods and services within a local government area (LGA) encompassing some 84 square kilometres and comprises a population of approximately 260,296 people from a range of diverse cultures, lifestyles and experiences

ABOUT THE TENDER: 

  • City of Parramatta is seeking to partner with an engagement survey provider to implement, administer and manage comprehensive engagement surveys across all of Councils employee base commencing in 2026 for 3 consecutive years with a one (1) year additional option.
  • As part of this tender, the vendor must be able to demonstrate, inline with the ITT, their ability to provide the City of Parramatta with rich data to compare against other Local Government Councils within Australia.
  • The vendor must meet our mandatory requirements and provide a comprehensive platform that is intuitive.
  • The vendor will need to demonstrated experience in managing surveys for a diverse workforce, including those with limited technological capability and access.
  • We want to collaborate with a partner who is working towards the same goal of driving employee engagement and satisfaction.

The lowest or any tender may not necessarily be accepted, and any action or contact that may be considered as an attempt to influence a decision of Councillors or Staff shall disqualify the relevant tender. Late, verbal or emailed submissions will not be accepted.
