Form Filling & Tech Help Service in Mandarin

In partnership with City of Parramatta, CASS assists Chinese-speaking migrants in navigating smart devices (e.g. phone and tablet), understanding daily correspondence, and filling out simple forms.  

Form Filling Services

• Centrelink and Services NSW welfare applications
• Public housing and exchange of housing application
• Other short forms such as passport applications, licence renew, etc.

Smart Devices Support

• How to use Google maps/translation app
• Make online payment/ online banking
• How to use WeChat/WhatsApp/Email/QR code, etc.

手机/平板应用协助与填表服务

 华人服务社与帕拉玛特(city of Parramatta)市政府协助华裔移民理解日常信件，填写部分申请表格，并且解决一些使用手机/平板等电子设备中遇到的简单问题。

 填表服务：

·        福利部(Centrelink)及新州服务部 (Services NSW) 相关福利申请

·        公房及换房申请表格

·        其他表格，如护照申请、入籍申请、驾照申请等

 手机/平板应用协助:

·        如何使用Google 地图及翻译软件

·        如何网上缴费及使用网上银行

·        如何使用微信/WhatsApp/邮件/二维码等
