Proposed Grant of Easement Over Community Land

Pursuant to Section 47 of the Local Government Act 1993, notice is hereby given of the following proposed grant of easement over community land to the persons listed in the table below.

Any person may make a submission regarding the above proposed grant of easement. Submissions must be in writing and be received by the Council not later than 5 November 2025. Please send your submissions to City of Parramatta Council, PO Box 32, Parramatta NSW 2124 or by email to earkins@cityofparramatta.nsw.gov.au.

A submission by way of objection must specify the grounds and how the interests of the person making the objection are affected.
