Peggy Womersley Reserve

City of Parramatta playgrounds and skate parks are temporarily closed.  This decision was made in response to the current circumstances presented by Coronavirus (COVID-19). Visit City of Parramatta's COVID-19 webpage for the latest information. 

While Council’s playgrounds, outdoor gym equipment and skate facilities are now closed in response to the COVID-19 situation; outdoor green spaces such as Council’s parks and reserves remain open. The public are welcome to exercise in these spaces while adhering to social distancing measures. 

LOCATION  98 Felton Road, Carlingford NSW

GETTING THERE - There is street parking available only around the borders of the park. There are parking restrictions in place during sporting fixtures. 

PARK DETAILS - Peggy Womersley Reserve features one sporting field known as Kingsdene Oval. The sporting field is used for rugby union in winter and athletics in summer.  

FACILITIES AVAILABLE - Peggy Womersley Reserve features the following amenities:

  • Amenities building
  • Local playspace
  • Street parking
  • Long jump pit

PLAYSPACE -  A skill-based and sensory playspace most suited to 0 to 12 age group. The space features slide, swings, climbing equipment and spinner. The playspace is located on the Arcadian Circuit side of the park.
