ITT 471 MANAGEMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF PAID PARKING FACILITIES AND SERVICES
ABOUT THE COUNCIL:
The City of Parramatta Council is located 24 kilometres west of the Sydney CBD and provides a range of goods and services within a local government area (LGA) encompassing some 84 square kilometres and comprises a population of approximately 260,296 people from a range of diverse cultures, lifestyles and experiences.
ABOUT THE TENDER:
Council is inviting tenderers to manage and maintain our on-street and off-street paid parking facilities. Aligned with our Smart City initiatives, we are looking for a contractor that offers the flexibility to leverage data to drive positive outcomes across the city. The Smart City Master Plan guides the direction of our technical solutions, with a focus on enhancing city services and improving community experiences. Council is seeking to establish a new contract for the Management and Maintenance of our Paid Parking facility for on-street and off-street assets within the Parramatta Local Government area.
SITE INSPECTION:
Site inspections will be held on 8th July 2025 at 9.30am till approximately 12.30pm, beginning at Parramatta Station Car Park 15/17 Wentworth Street, Parramatta. Further details and safety requirements (Aligned with Council Policy) will be provided on the day. Closed shoes are recommended as we will be walking to each site.
Tenderers are required to submit the names of attendees to the Contact Officer listed in Part 1.7 by the 4th July 2025.

The lowest or any tender may not necessarily be accepted, and any action or contact that may be considered as an attempt to influence a decision of Councillors or Staff shall disqualify the relevant tender.
