Application requirements

City of Parramatta Council only accepts Development Applications (which include modifications, Section 8.3 Review Applications and Subdivision Certificate Applications) through the NSW Planning Portal.

Information with respect to documents that need to be provided with the Development Application when applying through the NSW Planning Portal can be found below. 

If you are proposing any easements downstream of your property for storm water drainage etc, we will also require the consent of the owner/owners of that property as per the attached form below.
