Councillor (Cr) Dr Patricia Prociv was first elected to City of Parramatta Council in September 2017,
and served as Deputy Lord Mayor for the period of September 2023 – September 2024. Cr Prociv represents the Rosehill Ward including:

  • Newington
  • Silverwater
  • Harris Park
  • Clyde
  • Sydney Olympic Park
  • Parts of Rydalmere

Cr Dr Patricia Prociv currently serves as:

  • Deputy Chair of the Cultural Advisory Panel

  • Deputy Chair of the Heritage Advisory Panel.
  • Chair of Floodplain Risk Management Statutory Committee

Cr Dr Prociv is a passionate advocate for community and arts infrastructure, and an enthusiastic cyclist who strongly supports the development of active and public transport corridors.

Cr Dr Prociv has lived in Rosehill for over 40 years and has a Doctorate in Creative Arts from University of Western Sydney. Having taught at both tertiary and secondary levels, Cr Dr Prociv brings a wealth of educational experience to her advocacy work.
