Pay a Parking Fine

Council’s Regulatory team issues fines for a range of parking offences.

These fines are necessary to help keep our community safe and ensure a regular turnover of spaces to assist local businesses.

Revenue generated through fines is used to support the local community by helping to fund a wide range of services and infrastructure.

How to Pay

Pay a parking fine online (Service NSW)

Parking fines must be paid within within 21 days of issue.

You can pay: 

• online via Service NSW*
• by post to Revenue NSW, PO Box 4444, Parramatta NSW 2124 (include a cheque or money order with the penalty notice number written on the back)
• call 1300 130 112*
• at the Post Office Billpay

*with Visa or Mastercard

If you are having trouble paying the penalty amount, please contact the Revenue NSW, who can advise you on other payment options.

Please note that Council cannot accept payment of fines, either by mail or at the Customer Service Centre.

Appeals

You may appeal a fine through the following methods:

• submitting a request to Service NSW
• electing to go to court to have the matter heard
