Report a Parking Offence

Occasionally residents and visitors encounter vehicles that are illegally parked, including vehicles that appear to be unattended or dumped.

If you want to report illegal parking, including a blocked driveway, parking on a footpath/nature strip or other unsafe parking such as within intersections or No Stopping areas, there are two ways to report these matters.

  • For a prompt response for matters occurring on reporting, please call Council on 1300 617 058 between 6 am and 7 pm, Monday to Sunday - and listen to the prompts, the call will be escalated to a Duty Officer.
  • For other less urgent offences such as overstaying time limits, click here to report the offence. This will generate a request, which will be reviewed during normal business hours (8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday – excluding public holidays).
