National Simultaneous Story Time
On Wednesday, 21 May 2025, join millions of kids across Australia for a nationwide celebration of reading, featuring this year’s delightful story, The Truck Cat. Perfect for kids, families, and book lovers of all ages, this event brings communities together to share the magic of storytelling at the same time.

Story time (Auslan Interpreted) - Parramatta Library
Join our monthly Auslan interpreted story time sessions. These fun-filled story time sessions allow development of literacy skills and social interaction with Auslan. These sessions are suitable for deaf and hearing children and their families, aged 0-5 years.
