About Councillor Dr Patricia Prociv
Councillor Dr Patricia Prociv was elected Deputy Lord Mayor in September 2023, and was first elected to City of Parramatta Council in September 2017. She represents the Rosehill Ward.
Councillor Patricia Prociv has lived in the Rosehill Ward for over 40 years. She has a Doctorate in Creative Arts from Western Sydney University, has taught Art at both Tertiary and Secondary levels and is a practicing artist who has exhibited In Sculpture by the Sea.
Patricia is a passionate advocate for more Community and Arts Infrastructure. As a cyclist she is a strong advocate for more active and public transport corridors
