If you are not a library member you can join by filling out our online registration form. Membership is free.

You will receive a *temporary library card number to access all library resources and services. As this is a temporary card you are required to present your temporary card number and formal identification (parent/carer who filled out the online registration with their name and current address eg drivers’ license, current bill, and rates notice) at any of City of Parramatta Libraries to collect your new library card.

*A notice will be sent before your temporary library number expires. 
Once you collect your new library card, you will have to use this new library account number for all online library services, as they will no longer recognise your temporary card number.
