If a childcare spot becomes available and you're next on the waiting list, our centre coordinator will contact you to arrange a time for you and your child to come in for an interview.

At the interview we'll provide you with information on how the centre operates, what the centre provides for your child and what you need to provide for your child in care. The coordinator will also provide you with a copy of the Parent Information Handbook.

To accept the available spot, you'll need to complete an enrolment form and pay a security bond equivalent to one week’s full fees, plus one week’s full fee payment in advance.

You'll need to bring your:

  • completed enrolment form
  • child’s birth certificate
  • parents birth certificates
  • child immunisation record
  • proof of residential address
  • payment.

If you wish to claim a childcare benefit from Centrelink, the coordinator will provide you with the Centre’s Service Provider number for you to use on the Centrelink application and claim form.
