Clean-up Services
The City of Parramatta currently provides a total of 4 kerbside bulky waste clean-ups per calendar year. These must be pre-booked by residents. Clean-up material put out without any booking will be investigated as illegal dumping and you could be fined.

Remember that your clean-up material needs to be:
- Less than two cubic metres in volume
- Stacked neatly and does not obstruct the adjoining road or footpath
- Able to be safely lifted by two people
If your items are still in good condition, or are in need of repairs, please check out your local rehoming options to help to extend the life span of your items while reducing waste to landfill.

| Hazardous or problem waste e.g. chemicals, paint, oil, gas bottles, medical waste, batteries, fluro tubes | See Hazardous Waste |
| Car parts, engines and tyres | Take to the nearest Waste and Recycling Centre, or call a scrap metal collector |
| Glass sheets e.g. mirrors, glass doors, tables, windows | Take to the nearest Waste and Recycling Centre, or hire a skip bin |
| Tree trunks and branches thicker than a 8cm in diameter | Compost at home, or take to the nearest Waste and Recycling Centre |
| Industrial, trade or building waste eg. Fibro, plaster board, insulation batts, dirt, sand, stones, bricks, concrete, roof tiles | Take to the nearest Waste and Recycling Centre, or hire a skip bin |
