Proposed Grant of Easement Over Community Land

Pursuant to section 47 of the Local Government Act 1993 (NSW) (‘Act’), notice is hereby given of the following proposed grant of easement over community land, to the person listed below:

In accordance with section 47 of the Act, written submissions may be made by any person to City of Parramatta Council, via:

  1. mail, to:
    PO Box 32
    Parramatta NSW 2124; or
  2. email, to council@cityofparramatta.nsw.gov.au.

Submissions should quote file reference DA/122/2020A and be received by Council no later than 16th July 2025.

A submission by way of objection must specify the grounds of the objection and how the interests of the person making the objection are affected.
