Binalong Park, located in the heart of Old Toongabbie, is a popular park for families, sporting groups and other recreational users. City of Parramatta Council has made a commitment to the community to improve parks and recreational facilities across the local government area. To deliver on our commitment, Council is currently looking at Binalong Park, Toongabbie, to decide on the type of improvements that would benefit the community and contribute to the development of a concept design.

Proposed improvements at Binalong Park may include water play features and upgraded community facilities, such as community meeting rooms.

LOCATION  Binalong Road, Old Toongabbie NSW 2146

GETTING THERE - The park is located next to Toongabbie Public School and you can enter the car park off Binalong Road.

PARK DETAILS - An ideal location where you can find many outdoor activities. Binalong Park features 4 sporting fields used by a variety of sporting clubs, schools and community groups. During winter the ground is used for soccer. During summer the ground is used for cricket. The cricket pitches on fields 1 and 4 are covered in winter. 

FACILITIES AVAILABLE - Binalong Park features the following amenities:

  • Amenities building

  • Local playspace
  • Tennis courts
  • Netball courts
  • Basketball court
  • Cricket nets
  • Picnic tables and park benches
  • Refillable water station

PLAYSPACE -  A skill based and sensory playspace most suited to 0 to 12 age group. The space features slide, swings, cubby house, climbing equipment and spin pole. The playspace is fenced and has a shade sail.
