Junction Street bridge in parramatta

  • Junction Street Plaza (2023/2024)
    Council, in partnership with the NSW Government, is looking to transform the under-utilised land under the M4 to create a new urban park for Granville. Junction Street Plaza is in the very early stages of planning and community consultation. All going to plan, it is expected to open mid-2024. Find out more 
  • Lake Parramatta (2023)
    With a grant from the NSW Government under its ‘Places to Swim’ program, we’re planning on improving access to the designated swimming area and making it easier for people to enjoy this beautiful place.
  • Stewart Street Reserve Escarpment Lookout (2023/2024)
    City of Parramatta is excited to be delivering a unique lookout experience at the heart of the Parramatta River Foreshore at Stewart Street Reserve. Expected to be completed in early 2024, the lookout will link the Escarpment Boardwalk and Charles Street Square and create a scenic and cultural destination for our community to enjoy. Learn more.
