Council may permit temporary vehicle access through parks and reserves for non-recreational purposes for works within or associated with adjoining properties. All temporary vehicle access within parks and reserves is subject to Council approval, with all requests subject to individual assessment. The maximum time permitted for temporary access is 14 days. Extensions can be granted under special circumstances.
Applications must be completed and submitted to City of Parramatta via the below form a minimum of 10 working days before the requested date.
Should the temporary access request be approved, the applicant will need to pay a refundable $150 gate key bond. Access approval is also subject to the acceptance of Council's standard temporary access terms and conditions.
